It almost is bacon, but better. It does not have the yucky grease to somehow eradicate in the bin, and is delicious if you don't burn it in the microwave. If other foods that one must eliminate from health conscious diets were as good a substitute, we might make real weight progress. Let's keep working 8n it, ok?

I've tried a few brands of vegan sausages and this is by far my favorite! The exterior gets a perfect texture even without any extra oil in the pan. Great flavor inside and great texture. A staple on my breakfast plate. Much better than the Trader Joe's vegan sausage patties which used to be my go-to.
