Quit working after 4hrs.

Decided to purchase their fan controller regardless of all the negative reviews I've read. I've use their fans and never had a issue with them so decided to give them a try anyway. Controller quit working after the 4th drive. No more than 3hrs total. Now controller will not turn fans on.recalibrated unit several times and still no luck. Waiting on a response from derale. It's the holidays so getting it by with a generic auto parts store fan controller with no issues. Expected way better quality from a $150 unit.

Bought one , it was defective. Jegs sent me another one , defective also. Decided to go with a different brand and problem solved.
