I have had issues with this product. It only flows hot water. I have called the 800 number and left a message with no call back.

The Moen T4311ORB Kingsley Transfer Valve does not “mix” hot and cold water; it would be the mixing valve paired with the Moen T4311ORB Kingsley Transfer Valve that is having this issue.
