Great product & Super Customer Support
Great product. I have been able to recover files from an IDE and a SATA hard drive so far. I removed the drives from the machines and hooked them up. I had to contact customer support to determine what I was doing wrong. They remotely connected to my machine and we determined that I was not switching on the power prior to connecting the USB cable to my laptop. Just remember that you have to have them powered up before plugging in the USB to do the transfer. The company's customer support is excellent. This purchase fulfilled all my expectations.
