Quick but not as good as a traditional mop

It was very easy to put together and use. I was excited to have such a great product to easily use on our floors. Despite it picking up dirt evident in the water being dumped and how quickly the floors dry, it seems to not be able to efficiently get all dirt marks off the floor. Great for a quick once over with dogs and a toddler but not a full replacement for the real deal of a mop and bucket.

Roller head cleaning not useful

The self cleaning that the manufacturer boasts about does not help keep unit from smelling. I should have known it was too good to be true …but I run the cleaning cycle after each use but the next time I use the machine the smell is so bad and that smell from the roller head ends up making my floor smell so I end up needing to wash them twice

I don't know if I got a malfunctioning one as far the mop/wet function. It isn't really wetting floor or mopping like I thought it would. It is noiser than I thought and I live on top floor. I understand I'm pushing and cleaning hard floor surface but which it had a bit of noise cancelling. The mop part doesn't get wet enough or there is no adjust me to lower the mop closer to hard floors which is frustrating and because of that I had to return. I got a deal during black Friday and have always looked forward to purchasing a shark product and as well as mop/vac but this didn't do it for me. It does vaccum well that part pulled a lot of animal hair but mopping feature not so good and it sucking into dirty filter.
