My daughter and I were so impressed with the ease of use with the equipment. The entire process to well under an how and my daughter presoaked with the solution prior to the actually shampooing.It was really amazing. The machine does all they advertised that it will do and more. The steam cleaner and shampooer performed above all expectations in all categories. I would definitely purchase one again and I highly recommend one to all those wanting to keep their carpets clean without the hassle of heavy rental cleaners or the expense of hiring professionals as I've always time in the past. Hands down the best carpet cleaner I have ever owned. It got really tough stains out and stubborn odors with just a couple passes. I like that I don't have to spray cleaner- just push foward slowly to apply cleaner and pull back to suck up water on deep clean mode. I also like you can switch settings to dry the carpet quickly to have it only suck up water when pulling back and forth. The second Oxy cleaning canister makes a huge difference in treating stains and odors from older models and only uses a little with each treatment- this bottle will last a while! It's a foam filter as well which is great because if it accidentally gets wet you can just wash it with warm water and let it air dry real well- other types of filters you would need to get a replacement if it got wet and trust me it's easy to mess up your machine that way. Finally, one of the best things about this carpet cleaner is the built in hose attachment for spot treatments, and crevices- you're really getting two machines for one! If you've been looking at the little green machine or other older models of carpet cleaner just spend the couple extra bucks and get this- your floor will look and smell like you hired professionals!
