when I first started using it, I was looking for a trigger button to shoot the product out, but there is no trigger button when you push the vacuum forward the solution comes out when you pull it back. It sucks it up. There is also a button that you can switch to easily to just suck up nothing but water I absolutely love it. It catches all the dog hair or cat hair if you have a cat in a little yellow plastic container which separates the liquid from the hair it's amazing. I love that rug cleaner the best I've ever had and I've had a lot.

This shampooer has been amazing I bought to replace our older model and a different brand and it definitely has been a great experience so far. It works very well cleans up very nicely and the hose self clean feature is a game changer it's so much easier to clean and you can see it working. I had decidedly went with Shark after purchasing several other Shark products that I absolutely love. I have a shark vacuum I bought years and years ago that I handed down is still working well I just wanted to buy a new one for my new house. I have a robo vac mop, a hand vac , and a mop vac that are all well worth it and all have been amazing purchases for me. I have had no complaints or issues whatsoever and if I ever did customer service has been very easy to work with. I'm a SHARK CUSTOMER forever.
