I tend to buy this particular pineapple juice because I enjoy the flavor. That being said, the only negative aspect is the amount of sugar in it (not talking about the taste). The bottle says one serving is 8 oz, which has about 22 g of sugar in it, the same is in a 10 oz can of Coke. I've been limiting my sugar intake, so I've had to slow wayyy down on buying this.
