other reviews said this was too dry and dense. i made the following changes and mine came out moist and fluffy: sift the cake mix add one additional egg mix by HAND no more than 60 sec. cut the lowest baking time for your type pan by 3 min. It was a huge hit with everyone and its our new fav. I used a whole can of Pillsbury salted caramel frosting between the layers and 2 jars dollys buttercream on outside. crushed vanilla wafers for the border along the bottom. topped each slice as we cut a piece with a nilla wafer and fresh slices bananas. added Ghirardelli caramel sauce drizzle over cookies and bananas. it looks fancy with very little effort and tastes phenominal!!
