Baking a cheesecake perfectly can be tricky even for the seasoned baker. I used this product to make brownie-cheesecake bites. They were a hit…..so for Thanksgiving I made a pumpkin cheesecake by adding 1-2 slices of baked pumpkin pie to this no bake cheesecake. Both of these desserts turned out perfectly!
