The premium leather uppers are married to the resistant sole for rugged style with a comfortable fit. The Elsinore's™ five-strap chassis allows for an adjustable fit and includes a side zipper for easy on and off. The reinforced shin plate and internal D3O® ankle inserts provide functional coverage should your ride take a turn for the worse. Finally, the hi-rebound EVA foam insole provides all-day motorcycle riding comfort and support. Ok I am using these as motocross boots, because I do not like the modern motocross boots and these remind me of the 80's and 90's style. That being said, these are the most comfortable above the ankle motorcycle boots I have ever owned, they feel like I am wearing slippers, except with actual traction for the asphalt. I will probably order another pair in black for the street
