GREAT KNIFE

So after owning this same knife gen 1 this new is not exactly the same. Blade pretty much looks the same handle looks the same and same size.. Not sure if its 440 stainless as the first one. Maybe little different there. Maybe little easier to shaperen. Only main difference I can see is the handle is not as refined as the original knife. Feels little cheaper plastic and it has screws holding it together rather then rivets. Not sure if any of this matters. But I think the original knife felt little more top shelf. I do believe this is a quilty knife and would buy again. Little on the pricey side but worth it if I can get 20 more years out this one as the first one.
