Although I had a little difficulty following the installation instructions, it wasn't enough to lower my overall 5-star rating. I had to include a bidet in the installation and that made the installation a little confusing. The hardware is sturdy and doesn't loosen up with use and the brushed nickel finish is attractive, matching my bathroom fixtures. The seat itself has some heft to it and feels like it will last.
