Beautiful faucet, extraordinary customer service
I had a Elkay sink and faucet installed based on rave reviews from a contractor and family members. After less than two months of great service the hot water pressure dropped to a trickle. I called the plumber who installed it and he came and tried everything to repair it but said that the problem was too deep in the faucet to repair. I phoned customer service and explained the problem to their representative Debbie who told me to send an email and picture. Debbie got back to me saying that my problem was a water quality issue rather than a faucet issue. Nonetheless they sent me a replacement as a courtesy. She also suggested I get my hot water heater flushed before installing the new faucet (I never knew that was something that needed doing!). From here on I'll be giving Elkay rave reviews too.
