When used with an Apple digital AV adapter, it supports iPad 2 video mirroring for playing games, watching videos or displaying presentations. Do not buy for 4K 60Hz or more.
This does not support 4K 60Hz, much less HDR. It is limited to 4K 30Hz only. This is buried in the description so I hope this review helps those like me who didn't read that deeply.
