I have diabetes and a major sweet tooth, so I always keep sugar free Lifesavers at home. They satisfy my cravings without spiking my sugar, and I've also noticed they help with dry mouth when I'm on the go. The texture is a bit different from regular Lifesavers, but I actually prefer it. These are smoother, while the regular ones tend to be more chalky.
