Absolutely delicious! When I need a cold creamy dessert this is my go to. I have noticed the flavor has improved a lot and now it is even better. As for some reviews here, people giving a 1 star for delivery issues? That's not fair to the product which is absolutely delicious!! I recommend Carb Smart to anyone who is either low carb or being careful of sugar spikes. Hopefully Walmart approves my review, because I literally drive and hour to get this ice cream!!

Good vanilla but also versatile for variety.

We eat this vanilla carb smart all the time! It's good vanilla ice cream. But if you want to have variety, this is also the way to go. •Sometimes you can add some peanut butter into it. •Sometimes you can add a little coffee and some hot chocolate mix, and maybe a little toasted almonds. •Sometimes you can melt some butter and mix it with some chopped pecans and a little swerve brown sugar substitute an add it to the vanilla. ETC... So now we're taking in less sugar, but still having a really good ice cream on a regular basis!
