The special damage resistant silica compound and the five-rib design work together to guarantee a first-rate dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The silica compound does not lose its flexibility in colder temperatures, while the tread elements maintain good road grip at all times. The wide zigzag tread grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint.
