Anagram Sesame Street Elmo 1st Birthday 17" Foil Balloon

The balloon would've been perfect, but it came with a hole in it so I was never able to use it because a replacement wouldn't came in time either so I just had to return it. Another thing when I went to return it, the lady at customer service at the Walmart in Eagan Minnesota was very disrespectful and not trying to return my item over a barcode she claims she could not fin another thing when I went to return it, the lady at customer service at the Walmart in Eagan Minnesota was very disrespectful and not trying to return my item first, she kept asking me if I even placed it at Walmart. I showed her multiple times my phone that had the receipt in order number and all she then began to throw a fit about not being able to find the barcode. I found it right away and she insisted on arguing with me that it wasn't it until I had another worker scan it and they told her it was it.
