Servio Grass fed Traditional Ghee Clarified Butter is nutritious, a source of protein and free of trans fats. Did exactly what it was suppose to
This was the best Ghee I've ever tried. Remember it's Ghee, not normal butter. I've had Ghee before, but this was the first time I had Ghee and it still had a good butter smell and also still had a buttery flavor. I was using a quality stainless steel at a medium high flame with zero problems of burning which butter can't do. I was very impressed since the Ghee my wife previously purchased was white and hardly tasted of butter at all I thought ghee was suppose to be closer to lard in flavor, but after Servio's Ghee I became a fan. It did exactly what it was suppose to .

I've bought this excellent brand for years. The clarified butter reminds me of the the same type you get when having lobster. Perfect bc it tolerates heat and lasting quality better than some butter or margarine. I've bought this exact product several time for gifts. Each one has now been using it and enjoying it too. From eggs to a blend in mashed potatoes. On sandwiches and fish dishes, I'm sure you will find many ways to use it. A The grass fed is also a plus!

Have you tried Ghee?
I was so glad I decided to try this brand(Servio) clarified butter(ghee) . It was not as expensive as others but had the smoothest texture of the others I have tried. I was worried about buying glass jars for delivery but this one was the most well protected with reinforced wrap. It's a great product and I think anyone who likes butter will enjoy how flavorful and convenient it is. It's also a nice size for trying a new brand or trying ghee for the first time.
