Serta Brighton Mid-Century Modern Style 2 Seater Loveseat with Ottoman, Light Grey Fabric

It's the perfect small couch. We wanted something small to fit in our office. It fits two pretty comfortably. We push the ottoman back a little so my 6ft husband can rest his feet without them hanging off but it fits perfectly for me at 5'5. It looks gorgeous and was affordable. Would recommend if you're looking for something small

It's smaller than I thought, but it is heavy and well made--it's real furniture! (can be hard to tell ordering online). Assembly was super easy! Just attach the 8 legs. The cushions were smartly shipped in a zippered compartment underneath that could be utilized for storage later. The color is a nice light grey, well represented in the product pictures. It's not a solid color, kind reminds me of tv static lol I like the modern lines, but the tufted cushions help it fit in our old victorian house (but the cushions can be flipped for a more modern minimalist look). I'm good with the fabric, but would've probably preferred velvet. For the space and needs, it's the perfect size (about the width of a full size bed). Comfort wise, I'm about 5'1", 113lbs and it's ok. It's firm so I definitely sit ON it, not in it, but I think it'll soften over time. I mostly use the chaise section when reading or streaming onthe tv. But my spouse is 6ft, 170lbs and says it feels too small and uncomfortable. His calves hang off the chaise, even if he sits all the way back. He tried it as a loveseat and ottoman instead so his lower legs wouldn't dangle in the air, but still felt the back was too short/small. but we purposefully ordered because of its minimal footprint (we have giant breed dogs that play and rest in this room too so they need a lot of open floor space) so it's definitely not a deal breaker. An unusual thing is that the entire back folds down for shipping. When it's up, the seam is hidden by the back cushions, and is held open with velcro strips running the length of the fold BUT if you touch it from the back, lean on it, or grab the back to move it even just a little, you hear the sound of ripping velcro as it separates and the entire back starts folding forward again lol again, not a dealbreaker, just something to get used to. I'd never seen something like that before so I'll attach pictures. When it first arrived, I worried the size would impact the function. And it does for taller people but I decided to keep in since I'm pretty much the only one in the fam who hangs out in this room. And it's fun because it's just my size lol I really love the option of a chaise or a loveseat and ottoman. I leave it in the chaise mode when Im solo, but switch to loveseat/ottoman when friends are here so we have extra seating, if needed. One of my friends couldn't believe the quality and design for the price! She's also petite and might order one for her lounge/reading nook too. I think it's very versatile. It can work in so many places. Because it is so small, it could even be good at the end of a bed. Or in a teen room. I think it looks great in the space and feels very well made. I think (hope!) it will last a long time!
