While standing, lift your leg up and feel where the front leg crease forms at the hips. Measure about an inch above this crease to ensure you have chosen the correct size. Do not guess your size, and please use a soft tape measure to ensure correct measurements. • RELIEVES—Providing stability to the base of the spine, the Serola Belt acts as an external ligament to help put the SI Joint back into a normal range of motion—relieving lower back, hip, and leg pain caused by pulled muscles, ligaments stresses or strains, muscles spasms, and pinched nerves in the hips and pelvis. The Serola Belt can be worn safely for extended periods, up to 24/7, during pain flare-ups without causing muscle weakness or atrophy. • NORMALIZES—Made in the USA, the Serola Belt’s patented design makes it the only belt that effectively normalizes the function of the Sacroiliac Joint. The 3” wide belt has two layers. The first layer is non-elastic and provides a stop point, so the SIJ does not open beyond normal. Relief!

I have SI on my left side ,plus arthritis,spurs,and swollen hernia disc. My past PT was working with me for after my right hip surgery when he offered to buy me this. What a difference! I have 2 now! 1 in the house and one in my car. The SI belt is easy to put on and take off. Once it is on you will notice at least a 50% at first. But as you start moving you realize that you are moving around with less pain then you thought! If your lower back hurts,get this!
