Pain Relief

I suffer from age-related very mild arthritis and have trouble bending. I use this belt whenever I hurt my back from bad bending for my daily chores, such as loading and unloading a dishwasher, wearing shoes, taking veggies out of the fridge, or cutting veggies, and so on. I think that this is the most effective product for my type of back pains. Because of its design, it sits super low and covers the exact problem area so my back recovers quickly after one bad bending - bending at my waist. it is not bulky at all compared to the support belts I used to use. It is very light so I feel comfortable wearing it all day. I often hand wash it when I sweat a lot, and it gets dry quickly.
