Based off of the overall experience with the desk I'm a little apprehensive to open the box on the monitor I think I'm going to leave it the way it is and let my daughter open it hoping there are no issues with this like there was with the desk cuz I don't have time to try and return this and get a replacement as well that would just make it even worse

I really love this monitor! Great displays and the colors are rich and vibrant! I would probably communicate more to prospective buyers that this monitor does not come with an hdmi cable, it comes with a display port cable, which is where I think some of the confusion is coming from regarding this monitor.
