1st leak after 10yrs.

After 10yrs of use I have a slight drip. I believe I need to replace the cartridge but I'm unable to remove the cold water cover to get to the cartridge. I'm afraid it's stuck due to hard water. For this faucet can parts be purchased separately?

The Moen Brantford Chrome two-handle high arc bathroom faucet uses a recessed aerator. Moen would recommend you use the tool included in the packaging to remove the aerator and check for debris. If you experience low flow with the aerator off, Moen recommends you replace the cartridges. For warranty assistance and or replacement parts, please contact Moen directly at 800-289-6636.
