A gentle daily probiotic that supports digestion a
I've been taking the Nature's Bounty Probiotic CD 30 daily, and I really like how easy it is to include in my routine. Life Altering Probiotic!
My sister's friend introduced this to us a while back because of some stomach issues she ran into. I started taking it daily and I personally have noticed quite a difference in my digestive system. It seems to work wonders for me, and the time controlled release is an excellent way to introduce probiotics into the system. I could not speak more highly of this product.
