I've only had my TV for one week but i like it... I haven't had to adjust any settings... Beautiful clear picture... I connected it to my avr but the TV speakers alone sounded fine... I did notice the optical connection on my TV was messed up but no big deal... But if you're thinking about buying a 65 inched television you can't go wrong with this one!!!

I can't say enough about this TCL QM8. I'm blown away by its performance at such a reasonable price point! Bought this after researching brands and I must say, in no way am I disappointed! I'm watching movies that have a new life after coming from a 10 year old tv. Just get it, I promise you won't be disappointed!

The pound for pound champ
I like the brightness of the beast and I prefer it over the Hisense top tier. The TCL menu is a better layout and has brighter screen for sunny rooms You will have no issues to be able to see the screen. The Hisence struggles in that aspect. The Hisence does have a great panel and more acute colors from the box. However with proper adjustments the TCL out shines in all parts there.
