this is very good for people who have frizzy hair and they don't know if it'll ever not be frizzy so you put it in your wet hair when you're taking a bath and you let it sit for a couple minutes and then you rinse it gently and use a moisturizing shampoo and then you put heavy duty of this on your hair and don't rinse it all out but make sure it's evenly distributed and comb your hair or brush your hair from the bottom all around the bottom and work your way up until all the snarls are out and then your hair will naturally go back and spring back to its beautiful curl but it will be soft if you would like put in a number 10 hair gel which keeps your hair in place there you have it for all the people who thought they would never ever be able to get the frizz out of their hair but you have to put this on your hair every single day even if you don't wash your hair you wet your hair in the sink put it in and put more in and comb it out

I really like this conditioner. I use the shampoo and hair styling cream also. It does what it says - my hair is actually fuller and thicker. There is volume to my hair now. My hair is also very soft and shiny with continual use of this wonderful product.
