Although I prefer what my kids call, "gravel bread" that is loaded with seeds and nuts, a recent gastric problem has meant that my favorite types of breads are off-limit. However, this Sara Lee Artesano bread is something I can eat without having to puree because it is soft and has been easy to digest. It makes a great grilled cheese sandwich, too.
