Great Product

I bought one of these for a small remote office and am very happy with it. I have not experienced the keyboard problem that another reviewer had mentioned. You need to make sure you follow the settings exactly as documented in the manual, especially with the mouse settings and make sure the firmware is up to date. If you do, you will see that it works great. It even has a setting that if the network link is slow you can lower the video quality or make it grayscale to avoid any choppiness. I also like the fact that it's one unit for keyboard, video, mouse and IP. I no longer need separate hardware for the KVM and remote control. It's simple to connect and only uses one cable between the KVM and server. The only negatives are the local firmware upgrade requires a DB9 port which is hard to find on laptops anymore. Also, out of the box it doesn't work with IE but a quick remote firmware upgrade fixes that. I will be buying more of these to replace the rest of my remote offices.
