The shipper was awesome, shipped quickly. HOWEVER THIS PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE, They claim it does not tangle or shed, that is A LIE. This hair stay tangled in and my floor has more hair than I have on my head. I will NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN
