I've tried alot of the cheaper brands and I've not been very happy with them. I decided to start trying some of the more expensive brands. These diapers fit so much better than the cheap ones. I still have some control over my bladder and wake up a couple times a night to use the bathroom. Every one of the cheap brands fit loose no matter how much I tried tightening them. I could still pull them down or open the legs wide enough to go in the toilet. The 1st time I woke up to use the bathroom, I was surprised when I couldn't go into the toilet without taking it off. I keep an absorbent pad under my sheets and a water proof bed cover on my mattress bc I have woken up and found the bed wet. I had zero leakage with this brand. This brand was also very comfortable. I didn't have alot of moisture on my body when I took it off either. When I would take off the cheap brands, I'd have alot of moisture on my skin and I'd be very itchy. I have a few more brands I'm going to try before I decide which brand I'm going to stick with, but this brand has made the list of brands that I'll choose from.
