We love it. my husband was skeptical of it until he had to use it. It was so easy to set up and for him to get up the steps (he's 93) and into a standing position again. No more of four Firemen and two policeman in our house for us. I'd like to hug the inventor! Someone please do that for me. Joyce

Haven't had need to use it yet but am relieved to have it available when needed. Am very pleased that this is not a product from China but USA made. I noticed that there is one sharp screw that is not screwed in all the way and I will need to be cautious around this area. I had to pay for this myself since it is not available from most, if not all, medical supply companies that health insurance, including Medicare, will accept. Thus, I consider this product way over-priced for a person of need, especially if dependent on Social Security for living expenses. Also not happy that a printed receipt was not included in the box-do you not realize that not everyone on earth has a "smart" phone, computer and access to a printer? Being a senior citizen, I cannot afford those expenditures and needed a printed receipt! Much less expensive at Walmart as compared with Amazon. Hope it helps get me off the floor when needed!
