The Wood Handle Yanagi has a 300mm (11.75 inch) long blade made out of stainless steel. Ivory handle is of a bleached wood material with a black plastic bolster. Long, slender feature of the knife allows the sushi chef to beautifully cut sashimi, sushi, raw fish, and seafood into thin slices. Name of series is inscribed onto the blade in Japanese.
