Worth the price, but needs work.

Frame and lining appear well built and sturdy. A bit more time should be spent beefing up the handle as it feels very weak and flimsy compared to the rest of the cart. The wheels are okay but would be better suited with a strip of rubber where the tread is to help absorb shock and quiet the movement. Overall though, nice cart and at it's current price point, well worth the investment.
