Was so glad I found seed ball feeder. Only prob I found was the way it was assembled. The way the way the hanging chain is attached, interferes with being able to remove the cover to fill. Finally after a lot of work I was able to figure a way way to do it

Believe it or not, the only "snag" with this excellent, bird-loving seed ball was figuring out how to open it and fill it. It came with NO instructions. A person must use needle-nosed pliers to open the "curled" ends to a distance that they can be slid out of the little ears that hold the top to the base. It's simple, but the buyer must figure this out. The birds love it; I must fill it up each evening for the next day.
