Smells so let air out for a few hours.
Came in airtight packaging was heavy. Take pillows out let them fluff up and air out for a day or 2. Very comfortable and not too firm but not too soft either.

Comfortable and doesn't lose its shape
Soft just firm construction. The loose fill makes the pillow shapeable yet it does not lose its shape nor turn into a hard lump like fiberfill pillows do.
