Worth the extra money!

I wasn't sure what to expect. Our deck is 3 years old. They used the other brand when it was built and most of the wood floor is cracking %26 splitting. First evening I pressure washed the deck. Next evening, I used my Mr clean sponge mop %26 a paint pan to apply. It Looks like thick milk or glue, so it's easy to see what you've covered. We will see if it lasts 6 years, but I'm very pleased with it today.

So far so good. It's only been a few weeks since I purchased this product so keep that in mind. It applies very easy, I'm using it on my new cedar deck. It's rained a little and I have noticed that the water on the cedar is beading up. I'll apply a second coat later this year.
