Of the 4 drives I ordered, 3 worked. The 4th one was DOA. When I lightly shook it next to my ear, I could hear rattling inside. Walmart refunded my purchase and the 4 year warranty I took on it. I'd like to share Walmart's efforts in packing the drives. What's not shown is the bubble wrap inside each box. (lost it)
