Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Commercial Mix is an all-purpose mix for sunny and shady areas. This is Scotts' 99.9% weed-free seed that has been blended specifically for the Northern region to grow lush grass. Its specially formulated to grow lawns that stay green in sunny and shady areas. Use Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Commercial Mix to create a new lawn, repair spots, or reseed existing lawns. For optimum results, plant seeds in the spring or fall, when temperatures are between 60° F and 80° F, and when seeds can germinate best. Application is easy; to get started, just prep the ground, apply the seed and water the area according to package directions. Seeds will begin to grow in just 5-10 days. Then sit back and enjoy your strong and beautiful yard. Each 20-lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Commercial Mix seeds up to 8000 sq. ft.
