I've used these in every professional kitchen I've been in. For any dish that you don't worry about scratching, this cuts through food traces like a tiger licking meat off a bone. I wave one of these over the surface of any dish a couple times and it's already 90% clean. Occasionally I need to replace one when some burnt food leaves crumbs on everything else or if it's got so much mileage that it gets distorted into an amorphous nest, but in a household setting each one lasts me at least half a year.
