Bought a size 18. Nice comfortable shorts. Waist is snug. But, not tight. It does have some stretch. Roomy legs. I am 5'3 so the hem of shorts falls right past my knee caps because I am short but, I like that. I will wear them with platform sneaks . The style is trendy which I like. These are not high rise. The button closure sits right at belly button for me. It has room if you have a bit of a belly or fupa. Pockets in front n back. I recommend them n price is better than in most retail stores also.
