I am usually a size medium in shirts, for reference I am 5'8, 135 pounds. I got the small however, and this fit me very well. It gave a body contouring effect so if you want something that is more form fitting, do not size up as others have recommended. The neck did not feel too constricting on me, but I personally like mock necks. The sleeves are very long but I liked that. I am back on the site looking for more colors to purchase. I almost want to give this a bad rating so less people find it. Jk.

Cute but not super comfy

I typically wear a US small/ 4 and so I ordered the small. These are super smooth and flattering and I think they are true to size but the thong part is VERY thongy, like up-close and personal. If you have a long torso or think you would find that to be uncomfortable then I'd size up. I believe the rest of the bodysuit would still fit fine if I bought a medium instead.
