Schwinn Magnetic Resistance Bike Trainer

This indoor bike trainer is a great tool to have if you want to ride and the weather does not permit it. Lately, we have been getting a lot of rain and freezing temperatures which makes it unpleasant to ride outdoors. This indoor trainer will be good for riding indoors when it is too blazing hot outside. We have been having spring and summer temperatures of 100+ degrees so it will make my rides more comfortable which will help me to be more willing to stick to my schedule rides. I have a virtual reality headset along with a cadence sensor attached to my pedals which allows me to virtually ride anywhere in the world. I found an awesome app that uses real world images to create a ride that feels very real. This allows me to also ride with other people while in the comfort and safety of my own home. Having this indoor bike trainer makes it possible for me to do this during the pandemic. This bike trainer is made of a rigid metal frame and is very durable. The trainer has five levels of magnetic resistance which can help me achieve a full body workout. It has leveling feet which makes me feel more stable on my bike. The trainer also comes with a quick release skewer for easier removal of the bike. The skewer can be used on bikes that do not already have quick release levers. We found it easy to use with standard tires because the braces just tighten down on top of the wheel nuts to hold the back tire securely in place. I really like that the trainer folds flat when not in use to save on storage space. It can be a little loud if the bike has knobby tires. I noticed it was not as loud for my husband's bike because he has smoother tires. This indoor bike trainer works great and helps to make our rides more enjoyable.

The pandemic has forced me to be more aware of myself and provide myself some self care if you will. Enter my new magnetic bike trainer! Let me tell you, I am not mechanically inclined at all, guess what, I did it all by myself! I assembled it and rode off into the sunset watching trashy tv. I encountered a noise issue, not much but enough. I have new smooth tires on the way. It's my tires, they are aggressive. The trainer is so awesome, it's so easy to jump on your bike and ride. I wish they made a smaller version for my kids. Its genius and has forced me to start riding more and getting in shape. Please buy this!
