I've been home coloring my hair for 30 years. This one is top tier quality. First time trying. Although I can't speak to the fading yet, the color is even , beautiful and left my hair soft. I have natural dark blonde hair but dye it a light auburn . I also have a few greys. So this hair color completely even out my new growth, greys, and faded red. Now… it was lighter than expected. I just really wanted to try this brand but I couldn't find a “light auburn”. All the other brands I have grown unhappy with because of their lack of luster . So I thought ok , I'll give medium auburn a shot in Shwarzkoof. I'm so glad I did!!! It's actually the exact color I wanted!!! Submitting picture so you can see even color.

Great, easy, fast hair dye. I like that the ingredients are in tubes/bottles to minimize hand exposure. Helps keep from awful messes. It wasn't difficult to use the kit and achieve a great look. Of course, black is probably the easiest color to dye hair, because it easily covers other colors. I have no complaints, this was what I expected except it was even easier to use the kit than I had expected. Smell not too bad. Instructions fairly clear. Dye stayed fairly thick in my husband's hair (I helped him with it) until he washed it out, and he didn't need to wash much before it ran clear, meaning a lot of the dye was absorbed.
