Schumacher SC1455 16 Amp EV Charger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this with my Tesla at my parents' place, and it's been great - no compatibility issues. I have not had any quality issues, and the hose is fairly flexile and works very well. It's great that you can charge a EV vehicle with a regular 120V charger so it keeps EV vehicles accessible to people. My parents are excited for this as it works well, and they're planning to get an EV vehicle soon and utilize this charger more. I'm also reassured by the Schumacher brand name so I'm not worried about it ruining my EV vehicle (especially my Tesla!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited when I received the Schumacher Dual-Level EV Charger from Bazaar Voice/TryIt Sampling. Having a reliable source of power is almost necessary nowadays. This portable charger was designed with the user in mind! Weighing in at about 7 1/2 lbs. This lightweight charger has a universal connector that works with any North American electric vehicle using the J1772 connector. With 16 Amps of electricity and dual levels, you can charge 3x faster at level 2. I love the comfort grip handle and rubber cover on top which helps to keep out water and dirt. There's also a 28 ft cord that is long enough to reach the driveway from your wall socket. There are also bright LED lights that show the charge status which can be read even in the dark! I have a very inquisitive 8 yr old son that has an EXTREAM fascination with cars and how the charging process works, I love knowing that this charger has overcurrent and overvoltage protection so I know that I am safe as well as my curious son. Having this portable charger has brought SO MUCH freedom to my family and where we go. I no longer need to map out charging stations, we can just go and not have to stress about when and where we're going to stop. This has definitely been a huge game changer for my family and we look forward to the adventures ahead of us!
