Powerful and very easy to use

As we get older, it's nice to have machines take over more of the work. The Shark Vertex really comes through. For example, switch from hard floor to carpet to shag by moving one switch. And being able to slide off the canister so that the entire vacuum head (not just an attachment) can fit under most furniture saves tons of effort. Build quality seems excellent, and we're still learning about some of the attachments.

Best vac i've ever owned. Gets so much stuff up that I can't even see on top of the dirt and husky fur flying around everyday! It moves nicely and only got clogged by a sock once. Easy to empty. Love all the attachments. Short vac wand and long wand. The hose is a little tight for reaching up high. Maybe it'll loosen up?? The steam mop is nice too. Sanitizes and also fantastic on the ground in dirt in the wood floor cracks.
