This is Magic!
I am a high maintenance lawn enthusiast so i did not purchase this product to reduce the time i needed to spend in the yard (even though that appears to be it's primary marketing). I used it to reduce grass growth upwards to be able to keep up during the high growth season in my TTTF yard. Along with that, it increases turf density and color. It has a high margin for error if you over apply or don't time perfectly (i wouldn't dare use this product when going into summer or fungus season) but if you time it appropriately and follow the label in regards to application, my yard looks significantly better with this product on board.

Bermuda grass savior
Extremely happy with this amazing product. Makes the grass grow thicker, spread faster, and reduces water and fertilizer. Amazing stuff. Bio Advance does it again!
