i am very impressed how well these gummies are working. i love how within one week i could feel results. my boating in way down to almost gone! ive even lost 1lb. without even trying or doing any different. i take 2 gummies at 7am 1st thing in the morning on a empty stomach and dont even get hungry until about 12/12:30.
