Overall, I love my new television! The sound and picture quality are fantastic, and I'm really happy with the product itself. The only downside was the delivery experience. It was originally scheduled for the 20th, but I didn't receive it until the 28th. I wasn't sure what was going on, so I contacted Walmart customer service. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was quite rude and told me I only had two options: cancel the order or wait. I decided to wait—and I'm glad I did, because the TV is great. It finally arrived—yay! 😁

Picture quality depends on telecast. Good decent picture quality and sound. Tweak all controls to suit your visual needs. Details are visualised clearly. View from 12 to 15 feet to have good clarity. Not suitable for SD or low pixelate visuals. Don't expect images like apple phone. Broadcasting channels will look like theatre movies. Online content 1080i and more will visualise awesome picture quality. Excellent sound quality which also depends on the media recorded. Simple controls. AI software can upgrade. Good value for money.
